- Meal data: food logs, calorie counts, macronutrients
- Tracker data: daily water intake, weight log entries
- Communication data: WhatsApp phone number (if connected)
- Usage data: login timestamps, feature usage patterns
How We Use Your Data
- To calculate your personalised calorie and macro targets
- To display your meal history and progress charts
- To send WhatsApp reminders and summaries (if enabled)
- To improve our food catalog and AI parsing accuracy
- We do NOT sell your data to advertisers or third parties
Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Delete Account.
WhatsApp Data
Your WhatsApp phone number is stored solely to enable our companion feature. It is not shared with third parties. Messages sent via WhatsApp are processed by Meta (WhatsApp's parent company) per their privacy policy.
