Refund & Cancellation Policy

Simple and transparent policy for digital subscriptions.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Profile → Subscription. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered in these cases:

- Technical failure: If a payment was charged but subscription was not activated due to a technical error on our end, we will issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.

- Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same period, the duplicate charge will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

- Within 24 hours of first purchase: If you subscribed and have not used any premium features, you may request a refund within 24 hours of your first payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

- Refunds are not provided for partial months/quarters of service used.

- Change of mind after using premium features.

- Account suspended due to violation of Terms & Conditions.

4. How To Request A Refund

Email support@caloric.in with your registered email address, Payment ID (from Razorpay receipt), and reason for refund request. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
