1. Service Description
Caloric provides an AI-powered meal tracking platform accessible via web (caloric.in) and WhatsApp. Our service helps users log meals, track calories, macronutrients, water intake, weight, and build daily health habits.
2. Health Disclaimer
Caloric is a wellness tool, not a medical service. AI-generated calorie and nutrition estimates are based on standard nutritional databases and should be used for informational purposes only. We are not medical professionals. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or health routine. Do not use Caloric as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. WhatsApp Integration
By connecting your WhatsApp number to Caloric, you consent to receive meal confirmation messages, reminders, and daily summaries from our WhatsApp Business number. You can disconnect at any time from your Profile settings. Standard WhatsApp data rates may apply.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and meal logging. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with others.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans (Monthly 499, Quarterly 1299) are billed via Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
6. Data and Privacy
We collect and process personal health data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Caloric after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
